Pigs & Plateau's

The Sun... looks kinda evil close up eh?
Sun in shinin', the weather is sweet yeah.... makes you wanna move, your dancin' feet... [ahem] sorry, Bob Marley has gotten the better of me, but for good reason! The weather is great! Ample opportunity to dry the washing outside, sit out in the garden and to enjoy it!
But, when I'm not in the garden I've been browsing the web and checking email - I got a link through from a friend to discover my inner pig and according to said site I am the following:-
You are positive, optimistic and direct. You enjoy playing devil's advocate and neither fear nor avoid discussions. You are analytical, cautious, and distrustful, but secure, stubborn and stick to your ideals. You are also a great listener with a great sex life!
So thinking that it's rather novel, I spam my friends with the URL and get them to do some too, which you can see on todays entry :) As well as pigs and things, I also find this other really cool site called Doodlebug - the quality of some of the sketches on the site are quite amazing, and quickly put me in my place of 3 year old artistic ability :) hehehe
I've also been doing a bit of research has to why my weight loss might have slowed down to a virtual stand still. Seems I've hit the Weight Loss Plateau - ARGHHHHH!!!!! Not good!!!!! Apparently the key to it is to keep up motiviation, because there are ways to circumvent it - 2 mainly from what I can gather:-

My Pig - Does anyone have an etchasketch?
Having read both these articles, I think I fit into the second category - up to now, I've been doing a lot of aerobic exercise, so next week I'm going to try and keep up the aerobic stuff (maybe decrease the frequency), but combine it with more muscle building stuff (increase the frequency). Apparently, aerobic exercise is great for my cardiovascular system but doesnt build the muscle I need to burn calories, hence by increasing the muscle building, that will help me to build muscle. By building muscle I will have more muscle to use to burn calories. Sounds logical to me!
So wish me luck! I hope it works, otherwise it will be a trip to the dietician who will probably put me on cabbage soup for the rest of my life... eeekkkkK!!!!
